Not much to say here. Plot was familiar the characters were mostly forgettable the acting was marginal- though rhys's performance was mostly believable. Malkovich played the same antagonist he always plays and overacted in a horrible way. You can't be cold, cool and calculating while at the same time be an idiot. What's more his portrayal of a man with a god complex and fanatical world view was the worst part of the movie. I usually love malkovich's measured delivery with calculating characters but this character was doomed by a terrible script with ridiculous dialog. Beyond this, the flashback scenes do nothing to endear us to any character and really just get in the way.

Survivalist is an open world rpg that takes place one year after the collapse of civilization. The player takes control of the self-centered hedge fund manager joe wheeler who emerges from his bunker in search for food. He also has diabetes and needs regular insulin shots. The game has a non-linear story and wheeler gets to explore the world, scavenging resources such as food, meeting new people that become friends and foes, establishing a camp with other survivors and generally trying to survive as long as possible. Many story elements introduce moral dilemmas. Next to scavenging and managing supplies, the game also involves trading, planting and harvesting crops, building up skills, constructing buildings, keeping out hordes of zombies and taking on various quests.
